The existing hot blast furnace of Hebei Yuhua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. adopts the SDS dry desulfurization (baking soda) process route. Now, in order to better meet the environmental requirements, solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the sodium salt by-product of baking soda desulfurization, respond to the national ultra-low emission policy, adhere to the tenet of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and comply with the Jihuan Emergency Response Document No. 128, 2022, issued by the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecological Environment, According to the requirements of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the "Best Technical Guide for Environmental Protection Performance of Hebei Iron and Steel Industry", it is proposed to transform the original form of baking soda process and replace baking soda with calcium based superfine powder direct injection process to completely solve the problem of sodium salt by-products;
